Private Hire (Yellow poster) Book your little ones party at Pineapple and Bears and have exclusive use of the playhub for two whole hours. Please note this does not include the sensory room or the outdoor area although they can be added on for an additional charge. The 2 hour hire includes any set up/clear down. Bookings and dates can be checked by clicking book a play space/parties on our home page. Your date is secured by a £50 non refundable deposit. Balance, final numbers and food order is due 48 hours before your party. We will contact you in the week running up to your party but please feel free to contact us via our socials with any questions. HOW TO BOOK Party during play sessions ( Green poster) We also offer the option of holding your birthday party during a play session, this is suitable for 3-8 children and is priced per head as above, dependent on your food choice: Dates and availability can be found on the booking site under book now at the top of the main page. A party table will be set up for the children and reserved tables for your adults (max 2 per child) Please note any parties cancelled up to 48hrs beforehand will forfeit your deposit, any parties cancelled within 48hours will forfeit your full balance payment.
